I'm always looking for new rhubarb recipes. I made strawberry/rhubarb pie last week, but the juice was so runny. It didn't set up at all. I have a hard time cooking with my fave recipes here. It's hard going from 800 ft. above sea level to 8000 ft. above sea level. I have had to adjust things so much.
