cat ballou

This movie just makes me laugh and sing along. Cat Ballou is a priceless little gem of a comedy.  It's full of great performances: a young Jane Fonda plays schoolmarm turned outlaw Cat Ballou; Lee Marvin's Oscar winning turn as Kid Shelleen a drunken gun fighter is priceless; and Nat King Cole's final performance with Stubby Kaye as a pair of narrating minstrels is a musical delight.

If you need a good laugh and want to watch some great talent then this is the movie to watch.

Ha! I totally grew up with this movie (and all other movie classics on AMC). Great acting in this show!

This is the only Jane Fonda, low down dirty trator to her country, that I will ever watch! First saw it in Trinidad and had never laughed so hard in my life (it was where I first developed my ability to empty the theator seats around me), remember when we went to see Maverack when you were a kid? Every so often I will watch it again, always wonder how she could have went so, so wrong!
