Thursday, I got to see the one and only Bill Cosby become
an honorary Chief Petty Officer (CPO) in the United States Navy!
MCPON West and SECNAV Mabus place the CPO epaulettes on Mr. Cosby's shoulders.
Mr. Cosby puts on the suit coat with with the CPO rating badge for Hospital Corpsman.
The Command Master Chief of the USS Constitution
presents Chief Cosby with an original piece of the USS Constitution.
Mingling with the Chiefs afterwards.
