one of my favorite things in my apartment is

i can write welcome messages
or put an inspirational reminder up for myself.
i'm really truly a fan of this great vinyl art.
and i really truly love my chalk board.

Love it! I really like your ideas from etsy. The vinyl wall art is such a smart idea. No more painting and painting over if you don't like it. Brilliant!
